Please check out this very thought-provoking (or at least it was for me) post from Writer’s First Aid. I’ve only somewhat applied the things on her list and know that it’s given me more time to do what’s important to me.
Maybe I’m just dense but I had always wanted to maximize my time by doing things efficiently, I had never realized the importance of not doing some things.
